Once you login to eFlyer, you’ve be back at the eFlyer home page. Click on the SITE ADMIN tab at the top of the screen to take you to the eFlyer dashboard. It should look something like the image to the left (click image to get a full sized view).
From there you should click on the WRITE link near the top of the page. Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a screen where you can enter the title of your flyer, provide some information about it (including the image) and the begin and end dates. Click on the thumbnail to the left for a full size view of that page. To add an image of your flyer, use the area just underneath the INFORMATION ABOUT RECOMMENDED IMAGE SIZE section to upload your flyer image. Flyers can be IMAGE ONLY, IMAGE AND TEXT, or TEXT ONLY. Image only flyers have all the information about the event in the image. Those images should be 800 pixels by 600 pixels with a 72 dot per inch (dpi resolution). Image and text flyers have an image associated with the item and all the information about the event in the text. Those images should be 400 pixels x 600 pixels with a resolution of 72pdi. For Image/Text and Text Only flyers, please keep the word count to around 30 words.

Once you’ve uploaded your image, you need to get it into the editor box. To do that, click on the image. You should see something similar to the image to the left. Click on the SEND TO EDITOR button. This will insert a thumbnail of the flyer into the editor box.
Please make sure to check off in which categories you would like the flyer to appear and include a full description of the event (even if you’re flyer has all the information on it). Without that, your flyer won’t show up in the search results. Once you’re done click on the PUBLISH button to send the flyer in for approval. If you need to save your flyer and come back to it later, just click the SAVE button. Your flyer will be saved as a draft, and you can come back to it later.
If you want to check the status of a flyer you’ve submitted, click on the POST MODERATION link from the dashboard. You’ll see a screen like the one to the left (click on the image for a full sized view) with a list of all your posts.
